NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Churchill County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 25 April 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at the Churchill County Administration Complex, County Commission Chambers, 155 North Taylor Street , Fallon , Nevada . The following items will be heard.

6:30 p.m. GREAT BASIN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND MATTHEWS RANCH PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – An application for an Industrial Planned Unit Development for property located south of US Hwy. 50A, east of Hazen, comprising of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 007-011-51 through 66 and 009-271-22 through 73, consisting of 2,338± acres in the Industrial land use district. This is a proposed industrial planned unit development with approximately 400± acres for residential development, 25 acres for schools, parks and recreational areas, and 331±acres of open space and roadways. As part of this request the applicant is requesting, via the special use permit provision, an increase from 5% (code requirement) to 18% of the gross acreage for residential use.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Although the foregoing agenda is a public meeting posted by another agency or organization, under the provisions of the Nevada Open Meeting Law a number of members of the Churchill County Board of Commissioners constituting a quorum may be in attendance to receive information. While a quorum of Churchill County Commission members will not participate in voting on any matters before the body governed by the foregoing agenda, there being a possibility the attorney general could define such attendance and gathering of information as a deliberation towards a decision at this meeting or at a duly posted meeting of the board of commissioners in future, the public is hereby notified that this agenda is posted as a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners under the provisions of NRS 241.
