Maintenance and repair to existing buildings, equipment, and grounds
Research and development into proposals for improvements to facilities
Identification of equipment or systems for repair and subsequent cost
for repair, replacement or upgrade prior to its actual necessity
Provide solutions with alternatives for review by the County Manager
and County Commissioners when necessary for various projects within the
County as completed through this Department or through contract maintenance,
repair, and construction by others
Performs minor and major repair and upgrades to County facilitys as
directed
Provides support for other departments or agencies with advice or assistance
in building maintenance
Provide high quality janitorial services
Provides and maintains required training for all personnel who work
within the department on material data safety sheets, (M.S.D.), hand
and power tools, powered equipment, and specific training as needed
