Notes:

1.   This meeting is subject to the provisions of Nevada Open Meeting Law (NRS Chapter241).  This meeting is open and public.
2.   Action will be taken on all agenda items, unless otherwise noted
3.   The agenda is a tentative schedule.  The Board of Equalization may act upon agenda items in a different order than is stated in this notice - so as to effect the peoples business in the most efficient manner.
4.   In the interest of time, the Board of Equalization reserves the right to impose uniform time limits upon matters devoted to public comment
5.   Any statement made by a member of the Board of Equalization during the public meeting is absolutely privileged.

Procedures:
*The public meeting may be conducted according to rules of parliamentary procedure.
*A petitioner has the burden of proof in the appeal of the valuation of the property assessed.  A petitioner will be given sufficient time in which to present evidence.
*Persons providing public comment will be asked to state their name for the record. 
*Persons providing testimony during a public hearing will be sworn as witnesses.
*The Board of Equalization reserves the right to restrict participation by persons in the public meeting where the conduct of such persons is willfully disruptive to the people’s business.
*The formal rules of evidence do not apply at the hearing.

Transcript of Proceedings:
*A person certified as a court reporter in Nevada will provide a transcript of the meeting
