NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CHURCHILL COUNTY CEMETERY BOARD
The Churchill County Cemetery Board will meet on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the Churchill County Administration Complex, Suite 136, 155 N. Taylor Street, Fallon, Nevada. The meeting will commence at 1:00 pm. Reasonable efforts will be made to assist and accommodate physically handicapped persons desiring to attend the meeting. Please call the County Managers Office, (775) 423-5136, at least two days in advance so arrangements may be conveniently made. Below is an agenda of all items scheduled to be considered. Items may be taken out of order presented on the agenda at the discretion of the chairman. The meeting shall be conducted under Robert’s Rules of Order. In accordance with NRS 241, those items marked with an asterisk (*) may require action by the Churchill County Cemetery Board.

Cindy Wright, Secretary, of the Churchill County Cemetery Board, being duly sworn, says that on the 7th day of April 2010, in accordance with NRS 241.02093(A) she posted a copy of this notice and agenda at the Churchill County Administrative Complex, 155 N. Taylor Street, where the proceedings are pending, the Churchill County Cemetery, 500 Rio Vista, the Churchill County Law Enforcement Building, 73 N. Maine Street and Churchill County Parks and Recreation Office, 325 Sheckler Road, Fallon, Nevada, not later than 9:00 a.m. of the third working day before the meeting.
