he Clerk/Treasurer is chosen by the electors of Churchill County for a four year term. The mission of the Clerk/Treasurer's office is as follows:

To administer the official duties of the office as are prescribed by law and the Nevada Revised Statutes.

To collect, manage and disburse public funds.

To perform such duties as the Clerk of the District Court and Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, as required by law and all other duties required by any other law of this state.
.
To insure that the election process is organized and conducted in accordance with the election laws.
