TYPE OF MEETING: Debt Management Commission Meeting
Notes:
1. These meetings are subject to the provisions of Nevada Open Meeting Law (NRS Chapter241). Except as otherwise provided for by law, these meetings are open and public.
2. Action will be taken on all agenda items, unless otherwise noted.
3. The agenda is a tentative schedule. The Debt Management Commission may act upon agenda items in a different order than is stated in this notice - so as to affect the people’s business in the most efficient manner possible.
4. In the interest of time, the Debt Management Commission reserves the right to impose uniform time limits upon matters devoted to public comment.
5. Any statement made by a member of the Debt Management Commission during the public meeting is absolutely privileged.

4. Approval of the 21 February 2007 Minutes.
5. Submission of Debt Management Plans/Reports as required by NRS 350.0035.
6. General discussion on debt management/issuances.
