NOTICE OF WITHDRAWL OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Churchill County Board of Commissioners has vacated the public hearing on the Matter of a Nuisance Complaint filed against Bango Oil, LLC, Best Energy, Encore Energy, and Bango Bio Diesel alleging persistent noxious odors and air pollution coming from the oil refining plant. The complaint filed by Don Mello on behalf of 40 additional residents living in the vicinity of the plant located on Bango Road in Churchill County, Nevada has been withdrawn but the complainants have reserved the right to re-file the Nuisance Complaint at a future date if deemed necessary.
The public hearing was scheduled for the 17th day of December 2007 at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Chambers, 155 N. Taylor St., Suite 145, Fallon, Nevada.
