MOODY LANE & RICE ROAD
Beginning Monday, August 27, 2007 through Friday, September 14, 2007 the intersection at Moody Lane and Rice Road will be closed due to boring under the road for Phase II of the County Water/Sewer System. During construction please reduce speed and follow temporary instructions and signs in the area. Those needing to access Moody Lane will need use the detour route via Wade Lane. We appreciate your cooperation.

COUNTY SEWER SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Construction on Phase II of the County Sewer System will begin during the week of July 16th, 2007. Sewer line construction along Moody Lane, from Rice Road to Wade Lane and north, through the Travis Dairy access road will include:

• Installation of a 18-inch and 21-inch gravity sewer lines and 10-inch main along Moody Lane.
• Construction of a lift station at the NW corner of East Gummow and Moody Lane.
• Construction of ditch, drain and canal crossings at Rice Road/ Moody Lane, East Gummow and Moody Lane and across the Wade Drain.

The contractor for this project is A&K Earth Movers. Contractor will attempt to allow some access via Moody Lane at all times. During construction, traffic control will be provided by A & K. Construction will continue through December 2007.

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The Waste Water Treatment Plant will be constructed on a 40-acre parcel owned by Churchill County ½ mile north of Travis’ dairy. The general contractor for this project is KG Walters. Construction will commence July 23rd, 2007.

Construction will continue through to the end of 2008. During construction most of the construction traffic will be routed on US 95N, to Wade Lane and then north, through the Travis’ dairy to the site.

TARZYN ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The Churchill County Road Dept. will begin a hot-mix overlay on Tarzyn Road, Monday, July 23rd thru Friday, July 27th. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane during this time. Drivers can expect up to 20 minute delays. Please plan your routes and schedules accordingly. The Churchill County Road Department would like to thank you for your cooperation during this time.
