In accordance with Nevada Revised Statute 425.410 and Public Law 104-193, Nevada child support payments must now be sent to:

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS MUST BE BY MONEY ORDER, CASHIER’S CHECK, OR BUSINESS CHECK AND PAYABLE TO SCaDU.

The following information must be included with each payment:

1. Name (first, middle, last) of person responsible for paying child support
2. Social Security Number of person responsible for paying child support
3. Child support case number, if applicable
4. Name of custodian (first and last name of person receiving child support)

Employers: Please also include the following:

1. Company name and the telephone number, including area code
2. Amount withheld for each employee

Failure to send payments to SCaDU with the above information may delay processing child support payments.  The payments may be considered late, resulting in enforcement actions.
