Office of the Court Clerk
The policy and purpose of the Office of the Court Clerk is to provide professional, efficient and courteous service to the public and professionals it comes in contact with. Additionally, the office provides the Court with the personnel to maintain case records, handle financial transactions, assist during court hearings and trials, and to act as jury commissioner.

The court recently created the position of Court Administrator/Clerk of the Court which operates under the guidance and direction of the Judge of the Tenth Judicial Court. This position supervises the day-to-day operations of the Court, which employs three full-time Deputy Court Clerks. The Court is actively working on improvement of services to those who participate in the judicial system. One of the recent improvements was a video recording system that was installed in June 2011 in each courtroom. The equipment was purchased with the assistance of a USDA Rural Development Grant.

Fee Payments
In addition, the Court has adopted a new policy regarding payments. Please be advised that all payments that relate to filing fees, fines, administrative assessments, reimbursement fees, etc., must be submitted in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. The Court will continue to accept payment by check from legal counsel and from businesses who have received Court approval of this method of payment. Any exceptions to this policy may only be approved by the Court Administrator. Cash will continue to be accepted for copies and certification of documents as long as the amount does not exceed $25.
