Legal Research
While there are books available at the Churchill County Law Library, which include the Nevada Revised Statutes and the Pacific Reporter, most research is now done on the computer through Westlaw® or the internet. There is a computer available to the public for such research, and any information can be printed or downloaded to a disk.  A fee of $ 0.25 per page will be accessed for copies of documents that are printed to the copier located in the Law Library.

The process is user-friendly with instructions for use posted by the computer. This manner of maintaining the law library allows for the most current information in the least amount of space.

The law library is available during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays).
