Exercise is Medicine
Exercise is Medicine is a class designed to help those active adults (50+) in getting control of their fitness life.

The class is designed for people to move and walk at their own pace indoors, have the ability to do some light strength training and participate in health and wellness discussions.

The class is taught by Debbie Coblentz, a registered dietician and person trainer. 

Classes will take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 - 9:45am at the City-County Gym located at Venturacci Park.

You can register at class or at the Parks and Recreation office located at 325 Sheckler Road.
