NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Churchill County Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the Churchill County Administration Complex, 155 N. Taylor Street, Room 102.
The public is cordially invited to attend. 
The minutes and tape recordings of the Library Board of Trustees open session meetings are stored at the Churchill County Library.
Members of the public wishing to attend who have special needs, please call 423-7581 three (3) working days before the meeting to arrange for accommodation.

NOTE: In accordance with NRS 241, those items marked with an asterisk (*) may require action by the Churchill Library Board of Trustees or the Churchill County Library Foundation.

5. *Discussion and possible approval of putting on a box lunch auction at the Cantaloupe Festival as a fundraiser for the Foundation

3. *Discussion and possible approval of reallocating four tentative FY 08-09 budget line-items in the amount of $4,980 to increase line-item 240-551-5163,CLAN payments to $49,460
4. *Discussion and possible approval that funds obtained from future fundraising activities be transferred to the   Foundation
