Optimist Junior Traithlon

This is an event for kids to show what they are made of. Have a chance to show off your cycling, running and swimming skills. We are offering our Junior Traithlon for children ages 5 to 15 to give them a chance to build confidence and self-esteem by being able to finish this event.

Entry Fee: $15 for all participants (Includes a goody bag for each entrant). All participants will be required to wear a bike HELMET and are advised to wear all other safety equipment for the remainder of events. All participants will sign a waiver and list an emergency contact.

Location:The event is located at the Churchill County Fairgrounds and the Churchill County Pool.

Safety Requirements:All racers will be required to wear a bike HELMET and will be advised to wear all other safety equipment. We will be offering a bicycle check as well as taking other safety measures to make this event safe and fun.

Parking:We will be providing a one acre lot for parking at the start/finish of the race.

Water:Water will be provided to each entrant as needed. There will also be energy snacks available to everyone.
