The Churchill County Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 23rd 2008 at 6:30 pm in the County Commission Chambers, Churchill County Administrative Complex, 155 North Taylor Street, Fallon NV. The public is invited to attend.
Notes:
1. These meetings are subject to the provisions of Nevada Open Meeting Law (NRS Chapter241). Except as otherwise provided for by law, these meetings are open and public.
2. Action will be taken on all agenda items, unless otherwise noted.
3. The agenda is a tentative schedule. The Planning Commissioners may act upon agenda items in a different order than is stated in this notice - so as to affect the people’s business in the most efficient manner possible.
4. In the interest of time, the Planning Commissioners reserves the right to impose uniform time limits upon matters devoted to public comment.
5. Any statement made by a member of the Planning Commissioners during the public meeting is absolutely privileged.

- DESERT VIEW PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT – An application for a mixed use Planned Unit Development on property located west of Wade Lane/Moody Lane and northeast of Gummow Drive, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 008-091-10,11&13, 008-231-19&20 & 008-253-01&03 consisting of 489± acres in the E-1 land use district. This is a proposed planned unit development with approximately 350± acres for residential development, 15 acres for schools and parks, 24 acres for light/neighborhood commercial development, and 96±acres of open space and recreational areas. A copy of the PUD application and site plan is available for viewing at the Planning Department.

* In accordance with NRS 241, those items marked with an asterisk may require an action by the Churchill County Planning Commission.
