NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
The Churchill County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, 9 June 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Churchill County Administration Complex, County Commission Chambers, 155 North Taylor Street, Fallon, Nevada. The following items will be heard.
Notes:
1. These meetings are subject to the provisions of Nevada Open Meeting Law (NRS Chapter241). Except as otherwise provided for by law, these meetings are open and public.
2. Action will be taken on all agenda items, unless otherwise noted.
3. The agenda is a tentative schedule. The Planning Commissioners may act upon agenda items in a different order than is stated in this notice - so as to affect the people’s business in the most efficient manner possible.
4. In the interest of time, the Planning Commissioners reserves the right to impose uniform time limits upon matters devoted to public comment: The limit is three (3) minutes; participants are encouraged to submit written comments for inclusion in the public record.
5. Persons providing public comment are respectfully encouraged to refrain from the provision of unduly repetitious comment.
6. Any statement made by a member of the Planning Commissioners during the public meeting is absolutely privileged.

Although the foregoing agenda is a public meeting posted by another agency or organization, under the provisions of the Nevada Open Meeting Law a number of members of the Churchill County Board of Commissioners constituting a quorum may be in attendance to receive information. While a quorum of Churchill County Commission members will not participate in voting on any matters before the body governed by the foregoing agenda, there being a possibility the attorney general could define such attendance and gathering of information as a deliberation towards a decision at this meeting or at a duly posted meeting of the board of commissioners in future, the public is hereby notified that this agenda is posted as a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners under the provisions of NRS 241.
