Deferred Compensation Program
Deferred Compensation allows employees to save for retirement using pre-tax dollars. Churchill County participates in the State of Nevada's Deferred Compensation Program (DCP) as an affiliate partner. This partnership gives Churchill County employees the opportunity to participate in the DCP and take advantage of the low fees experienced by the State of Nevada. The State has selected Voya Financial as the company to manager the DCP. The Nevada Deferred Compensation website contains more information about the DCP.
