1. Displaying document images larger in Java-Oneview

The document display comes up originally very small; to make the screen larger;

1. Click on Magnify Icon.
2. Click on Task Bar Back Icon

This make the document display larger.

2. How do I fill out the name field in browse our files?

When searching browse our files always use last name first then comma, space first name; when searching for a company use company name only; if searching for a person trust always use last name "trust", first name.

3. How do I search a certain document type?

The best way to look for a specific type of document is to use the "Select" button next to the "Document Type" and scroll through the list of documents. Remember to check "amended" document types also.

4. How do I search section, township and range?

In the name field you would put T_N R_E Sec.
